Mozilla has never made a version of the Firefox web browser for Tv's.
If you are referring to the Firefox OS used on some Panasonic tv's then it was short lived from Jan 2016 and Firefox OS discontinued Sept 2016. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firefox_OS
