computer will not run properly at all today
cannot scroll when finally got on email or southwest to book a flight............running loud...tried Firefox help to no avail...I just noticed that a change was made Aug 19, yesterday.........is that why nothing works now? I have a tech at Microsoft for help but not on weekends............
