I am sorry but I do not understand your question. How can we help you with a accessing the web using Firefox?
I am trying to register software from Vectric. I am getting a message back saying I need to "permit Firefox to access the Web." I use Norton 360 and the firewall there says Firefox has permission to both send and receive. At this point I am giving up. Thanks for the try.
