firefox shortcut "Ctrl plus up arrow" is defined as a "media" shortcut. What pages are defined as "media"? If a web page is playing audio, do the "media" shortcuts apply? It appears that this is so for only some web pages. example: the site "https://wrti-live.streamguys1.com/classical-mp3" does not respect those commands. why?
