Lost My Data

Hi, there isn't any method to recover old data from the Sync cloud after resetting a Mozilla account password.

What happened to your computer? Usually all your data is stored locally. If it wasn't wiped, it must be somewhere. Can you describe the events leading up to this point?

Let me tell you what happened, actually i reset my password without entering my recovery key and then i did it, i had very important data as usually i save all of my information through in mozilla, i tried to recover my data but it could not be done, can you please help me in this?

Firefox Sync is designed to sync data between copies of Firefox. Do you have your data in one of your copies of Firefox?

As far as I know, when you reset your Mozilla Account password, the Sync cloud data encrypted with your old password is no longer available.
