Add-on's disabled/greyed out
Hi there all!
I have been using these Add-on's for years and suddenly this week they 'dropped off' - note the greyed out ones that no longer work. I did report the add on's via the button inside to the developers as potentially broken but I'm not sure how I would hear anything back from them about that. After about 4-5 days now they are still not working. I'm unsure why they are greyed out, and the others are not - why these stopped working and the others ok. Here are the screen shots of the ones I'm referring to! They were *VERY GOOD* add on's! I would super love them back.
If you have any advice please let me know.

Some add-ons for Firefox may not be supported on Mozilla websites, but should work perfectly fine on other sites.
Are they still greyed out if you look at the add-ons list on www.google.com?

I am sorry, when I go through www.google.com as per your link and look to find the 'add-ons list' through there I can not? I only know how to do add-ons from my Firefox browser. Could you perhaps then direct me how to (or send me screen shots of what comes up on your end - can you see them?). Let me know!

Hi again Paul - thank you.
So I have clicked the Google.com link as you provided, and then gone to my Firefox browser 'Extensions' jigsaw image in the corner just like before, and yes the links are still greyed out (sorry I wasn't sure how simply clicking into 'google' and then going back into the extensions made a difference).
(Did you need me to screen shot again for reference?)
It should only activate on Facebook. Try to test it, being on any facebook page.
Hi Ty, thanks for that - I am aware of that however as I mentioned before as a user of it for many years. I have written here as it does not work on Facebook. It is no longer working there. Very aware of that :) ~ thank you however again.
