I have version 138 but cannot acess Group Tabs
I follow directions to right click on a tab, but the drop down menu does not show this option.

Hi Randall,
Tab groups is being released gradually started from version 137. You may expect to see the feature by May 6, 2025. However, if you don't want to wait, you may refer to /questions/1508899#answer-1729385 for steps to enable it.
