I can't turn off the "Find in Page" or ctrl f function in Firefox. Everytime I type something the bottom bar pops up making Firefox impossible to use. Can anyone help? I've been at this for 2 days now and I am forced to using MS Edge as browser.

rainfish26, if you go to Tools menu / Settings then search for "Search for text when you start typing" and uncheck it, does this help?
(If this setting does not take effect straightaway, then you might need to restart Firefox.)
