Hello, I'm experiencing a visual issue when typing in text input fields (such as input boxes or textareas) in Firefox. While typing, a dark overlay or block appears behind the current word or text I'm typing, which makes it very hard to read. It looks like some kind of highlight or shadow, possibly related to spellcheck or text recognition. This issue occurs across different websites and makes it uncomfortable to type for long periods. I'm currently using Firefox [137.0.2] on Windows 10. I've attached a screenshot that shows the problem clearly. Things I've tried so far: - Disabling spellcheck - Changing themes - Disabling extensions - Testing in private window None of these solved the issue. Notably, switching to the **light theme** makes the issue disappear — the text input background becomes clear and easy to read again. However, I prefer to use the **dark theme**, so I’m looking for a solution that works in dark mode as well. Can anyone help identify what's causing this or suggest a way to disable this effect while keeping the dark theme? Thanks in advance!
