Greetings - For some time now, Firefox has asked for a PIN when I log into Amazon. I would put in a PIN and it would take me to the Amazon login page ... until last week. Now it gets stuck in a loop, asking for that PIN. Here's what the window says: Making sure it's you Sign in with your passkey to "amazon.com" as "account name" This request comes from the app "Firefox.exe" by "Mozilla Corporation" I end up doing a hard reset on the browser, and using Edge to get into Amazon (without any problem.) Clearly, a Firefox issue. Not Windows, not Amazon. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Rick Manasa rmanasa@allmail.net
