Variable Fonts are not rendered correctly under Windows Server 2016
I use the latest editions of FireFox x64 137.0.1 and Windows Server 2016 Standard updated. Variable fonts on any websites are displayed incorrectly, the layout.css.font-variations.enabled setting is blocked and set to false. The popular ideas offered by AI did not help. Is there way to fix it?

They did state why it doesn't work on besides Chrome.
