Update 136.0.3 AND 136.0.4 - Updated, but each time the browser is closed (even after a system shut-down), it sticks with 'Being updated in another instance'. There is no other instance. Single user, Windows11-Pro, local user (not connected to one-drive or MS account). Just started this morning (27-Mar-25). It eventually shows that it has updated, but still comes back the next time with message. Successfully changed from 003 to 0.4, but the new 0.4 does the same thing. Would really like to know what's going on, and fix it.
