I recently had my computer serviced and when i got it back the firefox version I had was removed. I redownladed and entered my gmail and my passwords and bookmarks did not restore

What is your operating system (Linux, Mac, Windows)?
Do you have system backups (Timeshift, Time Machine, etc.)?
Do you use Firefox Sync?
With your former Firefox, did you save the passwords inside?
Did the technician reinstall the operating system?
