What version of Firefox do you have?
The extensions are disabled due to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/root-certificate-expiration where you need Firefox 128 or later of if using Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 you need Firefox 115.13.0esr or later like 115.21.0esr.
