Where does GOsearch appear? For example: (1) When you launch a new window (Ctrl+N). This usually is controlled by the home page setting, but an add-on can override it. Does the first line of the drop-down mention using GOsearch, or does it say it will use Google (or DuckDuckGo, etc.) and your request is hijacked over to GOsearch? In the case where the top line of the drop-down mentions GOsearch, you should be able to change the default search engine setting back to what you prefer. (3) As a bookmark on the Bookmarks Toolbar. Usually right-click > Delete Bookmark will solve this. Or does it keep coming back? (4) As a tab that can't easily be closed. Maybe it's a pinned tab? Any extensions Firefox installs for built-in features are hidden from this page, so everything listed here is your choice (and your responsibility) to manage.
