No video stream through free Paramount+ account (free from Spectrum). Access set to Strict, VPN turned off.

Hello kind Mozilla folks, I can't stream video through free Paramount+ account, (from Spectrum). Access set to Strict VPN turned off (is that neccessary? Spectrum sent me to Paramount+ for the issue. Paramount+ did get me streaming using Chrome. (yuck). When I get logged in to P+ and select watch now for a show, it doesn't stream, ...only a black screen. Would prefer to use Firefox/Mozilla. Have you had this isuue and/or can you resolve?

Maybe it's not compatible with Firefox browser or their security setup doesn't recognize Firefox browser as accepted browser to use for their streaming services. This is up to Paramount streaming service to allow Firefox browser to stream from their services. Otherwise you will have to use their chosen preferred browser to access their site.
