Sync is empty
I've been using Firefox for 15 years and since syncing has been available, all my tabs and favorites have been saved. Yesterday I saved new windows 10 and when I log in to mozzila, there's nothing?
I've been using Firefox for 15 years and since syncing has been available, all my tabs and favorites have been saved. Yesterday I saved new windows 10 and when I log in to mozzila, there's nothing?

By doing what you did but not backing up the profile, bookmark, data for Firefox and when you did the sync it cleared the sync as you did a new login it cleared out any sync data. Now everything that was connected to the old data before you reinstalled Windows 10 is gone. There's nothing anyone can do here at this point.
