Downloads to USB
I am a survivor of a brain injury and many things do not connect and I am not a tech person. I don't even understand the choices there are for me to ask a question! I cannot use any FAQ's or topics for help because I will not remember them when I need to use them. I need to know how to download to a USB drive; step by step directions/instructions do not help me. Is there a solution? I would like to purchase sewing machine embroidery designs online and then download them to a USB drive to insert into my sewing machine in another building. Microsoft has been no help with this. Any help would be very much appreciated and thank you.

This isn't the forum that can't help with that. You need to get a trusted family to help with situation your in. This is only help for Mozilla/Firefox software and browser issues.
Well, I'm a browser so can anyone tell me where to go to get help? My family is out of state and cannot help.
This is not a support line request help this is user whom reply back to help other users. The help your asking can't be done on the Firefox forum. You mean there is no one near where your at that can help since what your asking requires a in person help that it outside the scope of this forum help.
