That is not a service I am aware of, but there are a few things you may wish to consider:
Cookies are part of the web - it is virtually impossible to browser the web without them.
You can use Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for Android to prevent those cookies from following you to other websites. This support article will help: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enhanced-tracking-protection-firefox-android
You can also use Private Browsing mode to clear your history of visited websites when you have finished browsing. This article might help: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/private-browsing-firefox-android
