Firefox doesn't have a youtube downloader built-in that is either a Addon or 3rd party software that you install to do this in the Browser or link to 3rd party software to download Youtube videos. Firefox doesn't have this because of Copyright laws that could be used against Firefox/Mozilla. So this is user installed to use as Google parent can come after Firefox which I doubt they want this kinda PR issues.
