How do I create folders and then move all of my bookmarks to the new folders. Please review the screenshot and my question will make more sense. I highlighted the area in yellow.

Right-click one of your existing Bookmarks and choose Add Folder. Give it a name and it'll appear on the Bookmarks Bar. You can then drag your other existing Bookmarks into it; it's the same as putting files in folders in Windows Explorer.
