Provide proof of the issue. What site(s)?

I am not sure if I understand your question, I don't keep records of what sites are not working. I wouldn't have even remembered the site that did not work today if it were not for the fact that someone from that website contacted me about the problem. The site that didn't work today was simplified.com, and the error that I got was “You're unauthorized to access your account.” I don't know how to prove it other than telling you, as I did. All I know is this has happened far too often, and I have to use Google Chrome more often than I have ever had to in the past.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I did all the above, including trying Firefox in safe mode. However, after receiving your message I decided to try safe mode again. After doing so, the browser worked just fine. I looked around to see what the problem could be and the Malwarebytes Browser Guard had been reactivated and it appears that it was the source of the problem. I went back to standard mode, removed MWBG and everything worked just fine. I went back to the site that I could not log into, and the site that would not load properly and there was no problem at either site. I checked the Google Chrome Browser to see in MWBG was activated, it was but it has not caused any problems on GC. Thanks to everyone for their help with this problem.

The site that wasn’t working today was simplified.com, and I received an error message saying, “You’re unauthorized to access your account.” Unfortunately, there’s no way for me to prove it other than to explain what happened. I just know this has been occurring too frequently, and I find myself needing to use Google Chrome more often than before.
