I received a notice when trying to download : We can't connect to server at downloadzip.wolfgangsvault.com . It was suggested that I check that Firefox has permission to access the web ( I might be connected but behind a firewall). Please help . Thanks!

Provide more detail about what you're doing and post screenshots if needed.
I am trying to download music from Wolfgangs.com. I have not had any problems downloading music from Amazon or bandcamp.com. Thanks for your help!
