Mac v119 Move Red, Yellow and Green Window Buttons
i had to reinstall my mac software and one thing got moved on me in my usechrome file

In Firefox 69 and later you need to set this pref to true on the about:config page to enable userChrome.css and userContent.css.
- about:config => toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets = true
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-config-editor-firefox

are you talking about this

because thats no longer in there
maybe its some mac setting somewhere, i wouldnt have any idea, or in firefox
