Hi
What timezone do you have set in the macOS settings?
I am in India so i use indian standard time; for example if i text someone at 12:00 pm whatsapp web on mozilla will show 6:30 am cause indian standard time 5:30hrs ahead of the UTC. And same is the case with any thing that shows time on mozilla

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
