There is a Microsoft 365 ad completely blocking out my emails, no way to delete it
When I click on Firefox, my email comes up. Now the whole screen is covered up with an ad for Microsoft 365, and there is no way to delete it. I have tried re-booting and spent an hour trying to find solutions, which either don't apply to my problem or the solutions appear so complicated I can't follow them. I am 76, and just want to be able to do the most basic use of my computer.

Install a content blocker. That linked below is widely recommended.
