Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

Zeroknight, Troubleshoot mode is not working!

Tabs are taking 40 seconds to open.

But if I clean up the Cookies, Cache, Offline Data and Browsing History the Tabs open FAST! But after 10 days or so, back to square one.

This was not the case before May-June. And I've not installed any Application at all which may cause this problem. And Extensions are all Disabled!

Are private windows ever affected?

Paul, 10-15 Tabs always remain open.

But I faced this problem only during May-June.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.

It is possible that your firewall or other security software blocks or restricts Firefox without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox application. Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
