I'm having problem downloading Firefox browsers onto my Windows 7.
I'm constantly getting this message
Hmmm...For some reason we could not install Firefox.
Please help, two days have gone and still this problem hangs on....

What security software are you running? At what point are you getting the message? Where are you downloading from ? https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release Are trying to upgrade via Help and then About Firefox from within an older version? Walk us through the steps please.

The Firefox web browser still supports Windows 7, 8, 8.1 at least until Fx 115.0 as this is the next Release the ESR will be based on.
