I have used FireFox for years. Recently it disappeared and it will not reinstall. What can I do?

Microsoft Windows Open your Internet browser and access the Mozilla Firefox download page. Click the Download Firefox button on the page. Once the download has been completed, click Run or the downloaded file itself (usually in the lower-left corner of your browser window). Follow the prompts to install Firefox.
