Hi, I am part of IHG development team and we use latest Firefox ESR versions. w recently started using Softphone with in firefox and we are running in to issues when out Call center agents try to switch between tabs they are accidentally clicking on Mute speaker button on TAB. Can you please help in providing a solution on how we can remove this ICON from this TABS which are playing some audio. NOTE: We maintain our CUSTOM firefox profiles.
