Since the new update on February 14, 2023 I can open ancestry.ca, update my trees but I cannot see my dna matches. I have contacted Ancestry and they said that since the Firefox update, there has been an issue - they said to clear my cache and see if that helps. I did - it didn't - they said to try another browser - I did - it works in Google Chrome but I don't like google chrome - I like Firefox. Please help.

Do you have the Strict mode of the Tracking Protection? Try to switch to a Normal mode.

I am on Normal Mode and it still is not working - Ancestry knows about the issue ever since Firefox updated on February 14th. And I was mistaken that it works in Chrome - it does not - the only time I can see my DNA matches is if I open Ancestry in Microsoft Edge! It does not work in Firefox or Chrome. I so wish that what isn't broken would stop being "fixed" so that it is broken! It is frustrating!

Try to turn off adblock for that website.

@TyDraniu thank you. However, I resolved it by going to the little shield in the upper right, as someone mentioned on another thread - as apparently this is a known issue since the update - and in the settings - trusted sites - I added - "ancestry.ca" - and now I can see all my matches just like before! Thank you for your assistance!
