issue with error messages
Hi there, for weeks I´m having some problems with my firefox browser. Attached to this you can check a copuple of screenshots.
I have already tried to updated windows10 and firefox, restore and reinstall firefox and my antivirus doesn´t detect any threat. What else can I do?

The crashes are a shutdownhang what means that Firefox isn't able to close properly and a crash in enforced.
If you use "Clear history when Firefox closes" then try to disable this feature.
- Settings -> Privacy & Security
Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history":
[X] "Clear history when Firefox closes" -> Settings - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-browsing-search-download-history-firefox
The feature "Clear history when Firefox closes" is already disabled but I am still having the problem.

Hmmm, something is blocking the background update check. Try to turn off Use a background service to install updates in Settings.
Hi, I have already turn off "Use a background service to install updates" and the crashes still happen.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.
