Sorry to hear about this problem. More details would be useful: Do you get a specific error message popping up when you try to start Firefox? If so, what is the error? Or does Firefox just open a blank frame with no content? If so, when was the last time Firefox worked normally, and are you aware of any Windows or Firefox or security software updates in between? Or does Firefox come up for a moment and then close?
