Import data from another profile
When installing Firefox, there is an option to import data from another browser. That feature is also available in the "Library -> Import and Backup -> Import data from Another Browser", and it imports things like Bookmarks and History from another browsers.
As the functionality already exists, is it possible to use that functionality in any way to import Bookmarks and History from a different profile in the same Firefox installation? I want to merge 2 different browsing history (like the old question https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/928204), and looks like using the "Import data from Another Browser" could help if it's possible to use it with another Firefox profile/directory.

What you can do is export to html from one profile and import to another. Bookmarks Library > Import and Backup > Import Bookmarks from HTML | Export .... The imported bookmarks won't be merged; you will have to rearrange them into the folders where you want them.

Probably my question was not very clear. What I want to import is the History from another Firefox profile, and not the Bookmarks. I think the steps in your comment only works with Bookmarks, but not with the History.
If I'm not wrong, the feature is already in Firefox ("Library -> Import and Backup -> Import data from Another Browser"), but I don't know if it's possible to use for import History from another Firefox profile (and if possible, how).
