Protections Dashboard & Login breach information
I'm hereby re-started this thread because what this topic is about was NOT answered in my last thread and it was only closed because of a disgruntled Moderator.
FIrefox/Mozillas is contacting a 3rd party website even when ALL related settings are disabled. It also stores that data somewhere without allowing us to reset it. And on top of if even after deleting the data from said 3rd parts website Firefox/Mozilla's Privacy Dashboard still shows/uses it with us being able to reset it.

this topic is about two things.
1. How do I reset the data of the built-in Protections Dashboard without resetting all of Firefox?
2. and probably more complicated, how do I stop Firefox from checking for "Login breach information"?
I do already have and always had "Show alerts about passwords for breached web sites" in options disabled. Still the Dashboard shows that "1 password stored securely.".
Mozilla says "Firefox Monitor warns you if your online accounts were involved in a known data breach. For more information, see Firefox Password Manager - Alerts for breached websites. To get the latest login breach information and more, Firefox connects to firefox.settings.services.mozilla.com/"
So now I've gone as far as blocking "firefox.settings.services.mozilla.com" through HOSTS. Still the Dashboard shows that "1 password stored securely.".
Why is it still checking? How is it still checking? How do I stop this?

This is not a 3rd party website, this is 1st party website.
You've received real answer, everything has been already explained.
The 3rd party I'm talking about is, as mentioned numerous times now, haveibeenpwned.com. Firefox obviously contacts it even if you disabled all related options. And on top of that, Firefox seems to store that information somehwere besides logins.json and you can't reset that data. On top of that, even Mozilla's own suggestion in their FAQ, blocking firefox.settings.services.mozilla.com, doesn't help.
I don't know why you guys are replying without understanding what is going on. I asked and asking politely again to no reply if you don't have a real answer. Replying is not an answer. Linking useless FAQs is not an answer.
