Unknown Login, could this user access my passwords?

I received an unknown sign in on my Firefox account from a different city from Chrome nonetheless.

Is there any way I can check if my saved passwords were accessed from within my Firefox browser? Unfortunately, there's a lot of passwords which I need to now go through and change passwords to.. ugh

There have been more reports about this happening on Mac. This looks like a phishing attempt to trick you to click the link on the pop-up. You should never click in such a message, but close the tab or the window.

Only either use "Settings -> Sync" or visit https://accounts.firefox.com/settings directly.

I did check and the email originated from Firefox Accounts <accounts@firefox.com> . I changed my password but I can't figure out if someone could still be logged in to my browser account. Is there a way to force a sign out? The emails in the alert i received have the following links which are real links

This first step will prevent devices with your old Firefox account password from connecting to the Sync server and getting all of the new passwords that you will have to create in the next section.

Click the menu button Fx89menuButton to open the menu panel. Click your Firefox Accounts (your email address or sign-in), then click Manage Account (or visit accounts.firefox_com). On the Firefox Account page, click Change in the Password section. Follow the steps to enter your old and new passwords, then click Save to finish.

When you open Firefox on another connected device, it will prompt you to enter your new Firefox account password. Or you can update your other connected devices with the new password by following these steps: Disconnect your other devices from Firefox accounts. Reconnect these same devices.

So I've changed my password since then. The unknown sign in was from a Chrome on Windows 10 device located in a different city from me, but when I changed my password, i did not see at the time (and still don't see) any Chrome or Windows 10 devices. And since it was a sign in from a Chrome browser, how would they even sign in? Through mozilla support in a chrome browser?

I'm confused so would be interested to know your thoughts. Thanks
