Attempting to locate the setting to enable and fix the horizontal scrolling bar at the bottom of the window--if Firefox offers it, please.

You will have to provide a screenshot of the issue so others reading this can see what your asking about.

Thank you for your reply. In browsers there is a horizontal scroll bar available at the bottom of the window. There is a windows setting that hides them or enables them, under Acessibility. Even with that changed to allow them, there is no horizontal scroll bar. And I would like to ask if that option is meant to work in Firefox, please.

That bottom scroll bar would show if the windows or the site was bigger then was shown otherwise it should open to fit the browser depending on how it was min/max shown. Only other way would be if one was using userChrome.css custom edits to make that happen or Addons that would do that.

Does it make a difference if you reset the page zoom or zoom out ?

Can you scroll horizontally with holding Shift and rotate the mouse wheel ?

Not able to Shift and mouse to scroll. The page Zoom does not change the behavior. It is the same issue in a different browser, as well. Wondering if anyone else has the same issue.
