Having gone through all this trouble I now am asked what to do with pdf file. If I opt for "open" however the file is still downloaded to the default folder. What is the sense of giving options if these are just ignored?????????? I read that the change has been made to save time. This however costs me lots of time. I created a special folder Firefox JUNK that now is my default map. I have to clean this map regularly and when I have something that needs to go in my Downloads I have to choose that map manually. Also: are you aware that most people have their download folder on the C partition and rarely look at it look at it?
