Those aren't firefox domain not does firefox have anything to do with them. If those aren't synced logins not sure where you seeing this. You use only one firefox account to sync the same data to the same account logged in on different device when using sync. AFAIK.
here are 2 domains' screenshots, the “关联服务” is different, in fact, the other sync data like markbooks are different (doesn't show in these screenshots), and even the profile photo is different.

There is a separate Firefox Accounts platform for users in China to use with Firefox Sync in compliance with legislation in that country.
