All recent updates (i.e., Firefox 102, Firefox 103 and Firefox 104) crash every time that the browser is closed. The browser appears to continue running and then a crash report box appears on the screen. The only way to prevent this is to use Task Manager and manually stop Firefox. I have tried disabling all my extensions but nothing seems to work.
