Firefox migrated the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" checkbox to the "Clear history when Firefox closes" settings, which now honors the exceptions list. When using "Clear history when Firefox closes", please make sure NOT to check "Site Settings" because that includes your cookie permissions and you'll need to add the exceptions again. Menu -> Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Cookies and Site Data -> Manage Exceptions enter the url of a website and select Allow Check the box next to - "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" In the History section farther down the page, set the "Firefox will..." dropdown to "Use custom settings for history" Check the box next to - "Clear History when Firefox closes" In the Clear History Settings be sure "Site Settings" is not checked. (This will delete the Cookies and Exceptions) Also, be sure "Offline website data" is checked. (This will delete all other cookies and checks the box next to "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" anyway) All cookies will be deleted when Firefox is closed EXCEPT the ones Allowed in the Manage Exceptions list.
