I keep getting message "Thunderbird is already running but not reponding"
I keep getting the above message. I looked up online and there are free apps to fix same but I am worried some of these apps may compromise my computer. Can you recommend a free app that is safe please? Thank you.

Most of those free apps are not a great idea.
