Changing default email to Mac mail
It appears that the latest browser updated changed the default email address, which used to be Apple mail.
Where can that be re-set to what it used to be? I checked all over in Settings but could not find any place to do it. Thanks.

Hi Sue, do you mean Firefox is using the wrong program to compose a message, or Firefox is using the right program, but the From address in the new message is incorrect?
On the first issue:
Could you check the "mailto" setting. This article has the details: Change the program used to open email links. If in doubt, change it to "Always ask" and the next time you click a mailto link or use the Email Link feature, Firefox should pop up a chooser to select the program.
Can you get that back to Mac mail?

I meant that Firefox is using the wrong program to compose a message.
My mailto setting is correct, the default is Mail. I did change it to "Always ask" as you suggested and I will see what happens next time when when mail is invoked. I cannot remember off-hand the website where that was needed ....
