Hello, I had to reset my password, but couldn't find my recovery key at the moment. I thought I would keep at least some of my informations, but I lost everything, from bookmarks to passwords.

Of course, afterward, I did stumble upon the said memory key. I didn't create a new one, how could I reuse my recovery key ? When I try to reset my password again, the option is no more there.

You use the recovery key instead of setting a new password via the password reset procedure. Once you proceed beyond the reset and set a new password instead of using the recovery key then your data on the Sync server will be removed because this new password can't be used to decrypt your old data.

Resetting the password for the Firefox Account will remove all data stored on the Sync server because this password is used to encrypt your data before it is uploaded to the Sync server and only this password or a possible recovery key can decrypt this data.
