I have tried several times to get this to work i have reinstalled Firefox i have disabled my Norton anti virus disabled all extensions but i keep getting this also have tried reaching out to Comcast this is what i get:Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.kroger.com/" on this server.

i have to clear thwe kroger cookies everytime for it to work thwn if i hit refresh page i get the acess denied. How do i stop the cookies everytime for this site

Hi Mary, if you refresh Firefox, there may be a significant amount of re-customizing time because it removes your settings and add-ons. (See: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.) Some of those may be restore by Sync, but I can't guarantee it.

Did the problem just start this week? If so, I'd wait a couple days and try again in case it's a temporary block.

By the way, why was your history blank? Do you clear it often?

i think im have it fixed i disabled cookies for that site and it comes up but when i sign into my account it keeps Sing disabled any popu blockers i do not have an y pop up blockers just ad blockers

It's probably a good idea to make an exception in all of your blockers and see whether that gets it to work. You can gradually remove the exceptions and see which ones you can use and which ones break the site.
