In Japan when use Firefox browser for online shpping why I get errors but MS Edge works fine

OS Windows 10 updated (Japanese) Forefox 96.0 64-bit

When I use Firefox browser: During online shopping I got to fill in personal details and mode of payment details. After filling all details and when click to proceed for payment mostly error appears and some time just hanged. Today's experience: On a website error appeared but in my order history the order was recorded means I ordered the same thing four times. But the Online shop was good so they did not charge. Even in safe mode I faced the same problem.

Then I talked with the credit card company after checking they confirmed there is not any problem at their end. Therefore, I used MS Edge without any problem smoothly I proceeded and placed an order.

I shall be thankful if some one enlighten me or share your thoughts. Thank you.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Hi, thank you for the reply.

Example: I am on a website wanted to buy a product, I select that, and then got to put in the cart. If I want will proceed for payment. Will enter my personal information including mode of payment details etc. After filling information then proceed further if my filled in information is correct I will click the button Submit. In this case as I clicked submit I got a screen with Added protection where I am suppose to just type my password and then click send. After clicking send got the message: "I did not receive the information correctly. Please re-enter from the order information. " I did several time but Purchase history was adding such as placed same order four times. I have added English text in the images which will be helpful for reference. Please note for privacy I got to hide some text.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hi FredMcD, Thank you very much for the details. Regarding enhanced tracking protection and smartblock enhanced I was not aware in such detail until reading this today thanks to you. Even in Safe Mode I got the error when I used that website I am talking about.

Hi, I wanted to know why even in the Safe Mode Firefox showed error when I was using website (as per my question). Does this mean enhanced tracking protection and smartblock enhanced continue working in Safe Mode unless it is turned off?
