My Firefox which is normally trouble free will not connect using a Firefox extension (BookReport.com) I use every day; neither will it connect to BookBrush.com, another app (but not an extension) I use every day. They won't even load on the menu bar. They will work in Private Browsing mode, so I know it's SOMETHING with the browser. I'm not very advance. What should I do?
