Hello,

since a week or so portal I frequently use - www.wp.pl started to work really slow. It crashes all the time, browser becomes inoperative, closes by itself, etc. It obviously happens to all pages, articles, services related to wp.pl. I cannot open a single page from wp.pl domain without issues. Before it was working completely fine, all of this started to occur for no reason. Also, it happens to wp.pl only. All other pages/portals/platforms function normally. I checked on different browsers - IE, Edge, Chrome and it works fine. I also cleared cache/cookies/browser history in Firefox and this didn't help at all. Therefore there must be something wrong with Firefox browser. Could you please investigate?

Thanks, Jacek

被選擇的解決方法

I performed some of the instructions from the links you provided. It seems that disabling Java Script on the page helped. The portal runs somewhat smoothly now. Thanks for your help!

I have several versions of Firefox and had no problem.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Please, Do not post a screenshot ! !

Basically, an OOM (Out Of Memory) means the system is having issues with the RAM.

I'm experiencing no issues on any other pages/portals, it's just happening when using wp.pl. I can be watching 4k videos on Youtube and everything runs smoothly. I tried installing the tool you mentioned. I unzipped the files to my flash drive but I cannot install the application. None of the files seem to be openable. How do I proceed from there? Screenshot attached.

Do you mean MemTest? You should contact its support.

Apart from using this tool, I did all the checkups and actions you suggested. As I mentioned, I experience no issues to other portals and pages, everything is ok except all the pages related to wp.pl. The page becomes unresponsive even if I open one page in new tab. What can I do next? What kind of solution could be applied here?

Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox {web link}

Remove a single website from your history {web link}

Open the History Manager <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any site settings And Passwords.

I removed all history, cache, cookies, etc. Everything. Still the same issue...

I managed to capture another crash report ID:

Yes, I did use "forget about this site" option. I also performed the system file check. No issues were found. Attached screenshot.
