Hi All,

I use FF 94.0.1 on Windows 10 Pro. I have found that disabled elements aren't shown with a grey background anymore. You still can't click on them but they look like an enabled element.

Enabled elements show with the grey background but are clickable.

Seems like the reverse from what it should be? I'm talking about select elements in this case.

Thanks for any help,

Charles

Are you using a userChrome.css file to customize the Firefox user interface ?

Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window

Hi,

Sorry for the delay, been busy. I don't change anything in the Firefox install. I use the default theme, as far as I know. I've never change any .CSS theme. I use FireFox just as it is installed by default. The only add-on I use is a tool to disable/enable Javascript.

Give me a day or two and I will post the results.

Thanks for your input,

Charles
