I recently had to restore my computer (Win10Pro) which is fully updated, I have Thunderbird ver 78.14.0

after restoring my computer to a short time before, I opened thunderbird to find I don't have any contacts in my address book, realized when I tried to ad a new email address to it, and do not know how I can recover it, I have a lot of email addresses in my contacts I don't want to lose, everything else in the program seems to be fine though, can I get help to recover my contacts again?

Well as no one has replied, I found a way to resolve my problem outside of this support forum, so this does not now need to be replied too.
